ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah Dengan Kreativitas Guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Se Kecamatan Kota Bogor Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Survei pada umumnya dilakukan untuk mencari informasi yang jelas secara empirik dan akan digunakan untuk memecahkan suatu masalah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru PNS di  Sekolah Dasar Negeri Akreditas A se-Kecamatan Kota Bogor Barat yang berjumlah 123 orang. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel proporsional random sampling. Dengan demikian maka peneliti memberi hak yang sama kepada setiap subyek untuk memperoleh kesempatan (change) dipilih menjadi sampel. Untuk menentukan jumlah sampel digunakan rumus Slovin dengan error margin 5%. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 93 orang pegawai. Data penelitian yang sudah terkumpul akan dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif dan secara statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian yaitu: Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Kepemimpinan Transformasional dengan Kreativitas guru dengan koefisien korelasi ry.1 = 0,654 (α = 0,05) Ini berarti bahwa makin baik Kepemimpinan Transformasional, makin tinggi pula Kreativitas guru tersebut. Koefisien determinasi ry2 = 0,428, berarti kontribusi Kepemimpinan Transformasional dengan Kreativitas guru sebesar  42,8%.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the Relationship Between Transformational Leadership Principal And Creativity State Primary School Teachers Se District of the city of Bogor Barat. This study used survey method with the correlational approach. Surveys are generally conducted to find clear information empirically and will be used to solve a problem. From the research data captured using a questionnaire developed by the researchers and provided to the respondents of the population. This technique is performed to analyze the relationship between the one (1) independent variable that transformational leadership principals (X) and 1 (one) dependent

variable (dependent variable) is the creativity of teachers (Y). The population in this study is a government school teachers in public elementary school Akreditas A sub-district of Bogor Barat totaling 123 people. The number of samples taken in this study was determined by using a sampling technique proportional random sampling. Thus, the researchers gave the same rights to each subject to opportunities (change) selected into the sample. To determine the number of samples used Slovin formula with an error margin of 5%. The samples used in the study as many as 93 employees. The research data that have been collected will be analyzed by descriptive statistics and inferential statistics.

Results of the study are: There is a significant positive relationship between transformational leadership with Creativity ry.1 teacher with a correlation coefficient = 0.654 (α = 0.05) This means that the better the Transformational Leadership, the higher the creativity of the teacher. Ry2 determination coefficient = 0.428, the contribution of transformational leadership with teachers Creativity by 42.8%.
